Job summary

Siemens Industry Software Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior investment professional to lead equity investments across the full lifecycle, from origination to exit. Build market relationships with founders, financial institutions and asset managers.

Assess opportunities, structure transactions, and perform robust financial analysis and valuations to guide portfolio decisions. You will monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and ensure governance while engaging across teams.

Qualifications

When applying, 5–10 years of investment banking, private equity, growth equity, M&A or related experience is expected.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or another quantitative field is required.
Commercial/industry insight across manufacturing, chemicals, automation, infrastructure or sustainability helps.
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, multiples) are essential.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration capabilities are needed.

Responsibilities

Support and execute equity investments across the full lifecycle from origination to exit.
Build and maintain market relationships with founders, financial institutions and asset managers.

Conduct financial analysis and valuations to assess portfolio potential and performance.
