Qualifications

6+ years of buy-side investing experience
Hands-on end-to-end investment transaction experience
Ability to read and interpret LPAs, PPMs, term sheets and shareholder agreements
Strong financial modelling capability
Proven ability to present investment recommendations clearly in IC materials
Experience in multi-asset family office, FoF or private markets is a plus

Responsibilities

Screen and prioritise fund, manager, private credit, PE, direct and co-investment opportunities and maintain a pipeline
Lead due diligence on funds/managers including process, performance, risk, fees and terms
Coordinate commercial, financial and investment due diligence on PE direct/co-investments
Build and review financial models and analyse term sheets and agreements
Prepare concise investment memoranda and IC materials and present recommendations and risks
Support post-IC execution, signing/closing, monitoring and exit in collaboration with advisers and counterparties
Monitor portfolio positioning and exposures and advise on sizing, funding, rebalancing or exits within the framework
