Job summary

Castlery is seeking a Specialist, Performance Marketing to join the Growth Acquisition team in Singapore. You will run campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok, ensuring precise audience setup, tracking and QA while learning from the Senior Specialist.

You will monitor budgets, implement tests, and drive performance reporting with a customer-centric mindset. This role offers growth in a fast-evolving ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on performance marketing experience on Meta/Google Ads.
• Exposure to Pinterest or TikTok is a plus.
• Interest in ecommerce/DTC performance marketing and funnel analytics.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize campaigns across assigned channels with QA and data hygiene.
• Monitor daily budgets and escalate opportunities or issues early.
• Execute optimization plans: bid tweaks, budget shifts, audience refreshes, creative rotations.
• Set up tests and track results, summarize findings for Senior Specialist.
• Support weekly/monthly reporting on spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA and funnel metrics.
• Assist in data-driven deep-dives on campaigns, audiences and creatives.
