Responsibilities

• Submit/liaise applications with insurers.
• Document and maintain each application properly.
• Familiar with insurance products/services and banks' credit procedures.
• Coordinate medical examinations and logistics for new leads; prepare policy contracts.
• Handle enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Participate in training programs and contribute to process improvements.
