Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree with 3–4 years’ experience in banking or insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Performance driven and results focused.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with sales development and implementation to achieve business objectives.
• Submit and liaise applications with insurers.
• Maintain proper documentation for each application.
• Familiar with insurance products and banks’ credit procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as organizing medical examinations and logistics for new leads, preparing insurance forms and policy contract packages, and handling client reimbursements.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Participate in internal and external training/learning programs.
• Participate in general improvements of internal processes.
