Four Star Mattress seeks a highly creative, commercially minded marketer to uncover new customer segments and drive brand visibility across Singapore and Asia. You will lead campaigns, partnerships, and e-commerce initiatives, working closely with the CEO and Head of Digital Marketing to shape strategy and execution.

• 7+ years digital marketing in consumer electronics/retail.
• Proven track record in partnerships and brand building.
• Experience leading marketing teams in startups.

Responsabilités

• Lead marketing strategies for Singapore and Asia markets aligned with company objectives.
• Define disruptive brand and niche positioning; drive digital retail capabilities.
• Develop distinctive campaigns; create messaging to attract new customer segments.
• Manage content, campaigns, and partnerships across digital and traditional channels.
• Build and test offers, content formats, and customer experiences beyond existing base.
• Establish KPIs and ROI analysis; translate insights into improvements.
