Job summary

HIGOGAME PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Data Analyst (User Growth) to drive analytics for user acquisition and operations, translating data into high-impact insights to optimize marketing ROI and game performance.

You will collaborate with UA, Product, Design and Operations to build a data-driven growth engine. The role focuses on defining KPIs, building automated dashboards, and delivering executive-ready reports while leveraging AI tools to accelerate insight generation, in a fast-paced gaming

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience, preferably in mobile gaming or digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI analytics tools (LLM plugins, AI-assisted workflows).
• Proficient data visualization skills with Tableau/Looker/Power BI.
• Strong grasp of mobile gaming metrics (LTV, retention, ARPU) and marketing metrics (ROAS, CPI, CAC).
• Excellent communication and ability to tell data-driven stories.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced data analysis techniques to uncover growth opportunities and optimize funnels.
• Own and refine KPIs across game operations, user engagement, and ROI.
• Monitor LTV, retention, ARPU, and funnels to maximize growth.
• Lead performance analysis across UA channels, creative variants, and audience segments.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and BI tools for cross-team use.
• Translate analytics into concise narratives and executive-ready reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business objectives into analytics roadmaps.
• Drive AI data analytics adoption by integrating AI tools into daily processes to accelerate insights.
