Job summary

You will collaborate with UA, Product, Design and Operations to build a data-driven growth engine. The role focuses on defining KPIs, building automated dashboards, and delivering executive-ready reports while leveraging AI tools to accelerate insight generation, in a fast-paced gaming

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience, preferably in mobile gaming or digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI analytics tools (LLM plugins, AI-assisted workflows).
• Proficient data visualization skills with Tableau/Looker/Power BI.
• Strong grasp of mobile gaming metrics (LTV, retention, ARPU) and marketing metrics (ROAS, CPI, CAC).
• Excellent communication and ability to tell data-driven stories.

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst (User Growth) to lead analytical initiatives that drive our User Acquisition (UA) and Operations strategies. In this role, you will define, evaluate, and own critical performance metrics, translating complex user data into high-impact insights that optimize marketing ROI and game performance. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders—including UA, Product, Design, and Operations to build a data-driven growth engine.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced data analysis techniques to uncover growth opportunities, optimize funnels, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Own and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) across game operations, user engagement, and marketing ROI.
• Monitor and evaluate core performance metrics such as LTV, retention, ARPU, and user funnels to maximize growth.
• Lead performance analysis across UA channels, creative variants, and audience segments to optimize campaign efficiency and budget allocation.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated dashboards and BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Translate complex analytics into concise, persuasive narratives and executive-ready reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to turn business objectives into structured analytics roadmaps.
• Drive AI Data Analytics Adoption: Identify, evaluate, and integrate modern AI tools and generative workflows into daily data processes to accelerate insight generation and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably within mobile gaming, digital marketing, or user acquisition.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, aggregation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience or strong passion for AI tools in analytics (e.g., AI-assisted SQL/Python generation, LLM data plugins, predictive analytics models, or automated insight tools).
• Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to build production-grade dashboards.
• Deep understanding of mobile game operational metrics (LTV, retention, conversion) and digital marketing strategies (ROAS, CPI, CAC).
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Self-driven, structured thinker comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic growth environments.
