Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Data Scientist (Analytics) to join our Marketing and Growth team in Singapore. You will drive data-informed growth strategy and user engagement, partnering with Marketing and Growth to implement regional strategies that expand the user base and improve engagement.

This role is based onsite in Singapore. You will innovate by exploring user behavior data, illuminating insights, and influencing measurement and experimentation across the organization to build scalable

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics, applied data science, or quantitative fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to tackle complex business problems and translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and distributed computing environments.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance, cloud-based analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior to derive actionable insights for growth and engagement.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks and dashboards communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, design experiments including A/B testing, and guide marketing hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Business teams to align data needs with strategy.
• Ensure accurate data collection, governance, and scalable data infrastructure.
