Job summary

Higogame in Singapore is seeking an experienced Data Analyst (User Growth) to lead analytical initiatives that drive UA and Operations strategies. You will define, evaluate, and own performance metrics, translating complex user data into insights that optimize marketing ROI and game performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—UA, Product, Design, and Operations—to build a data-driven growth engine and deliver scalable dashboards and automated reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, CS or Analytics.
• 2+ years in data analytics, preferably in mobile gaming or digital marketing.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with AI tools in analytics is a plus.
• Proficient data visualization with dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced data analysis techniques to uncover growth opportunities and optimize funnels.
• Own and refine KPIs across game operations, engagement, and marketing ROI.
• Monitor LTV, retention, ARPU, and funnels to maximize growth.
• Lead performance analysis across UA channels, creatives, and audience segments.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and BI tools.
• Translate analytics into concise narratives and executive-ready reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to turn business objectives into analytics roadmaps.
• Drive AI Data Analytics Adoption: integrate AI tools into daily data processes to accelerate insight generation and reporting efficiency.
