Job summary

Onoff is seeking a Head of Growth to own the B2C growth strategy across our consumer products in a fast-moving startup environment. You will own prioritization of high-impact growth opportunities and scale both paid and organic channels while collaborating closely with Product, Design, CRM, Data and Engineering teams.

The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and a proven track record in growing mobile apps with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth Marketing or similar role (Mandatory).
• Strong track record growing consumer mobile apps (Mandatory).
• Fluent in English and French."

Responsibilities

• Own B2C growth strategy across Onoff's consumer products.
• Scale paid and organic acquisition channels (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads).
• Improve App Store and Google Play visibility (ASO).
• Optimize onboarding funnels and activation journeys.
• Design and run growth experiments and analyze user behavior.
• Build dashboards and monitor key growth metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM and Engineering to improve UX.
