SP Group is seeking a Group Safety & Health professional to lead group-level strategic safety development and implement group-wide safety activities in Singapore. The role involves developing programmes, driving adoption of Safety AI and CCTV analytics, and presenting updates to management.

You will conduct inspections, audits, and incident follow-ups, ensuring compliance with local WSH legislation. A degree in Safety, Health & Environment or Engineering and 3+ years of experience are required.

Competenze

• Degree in Safety, Health & Environment or Engineering from a recognised university.
• At least 3 years of relevant industrial/construction experience.
• Good knowledge of local WSH legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement workplace safety and health programmes.
• Drive the adoption of Safety AI and CCTV analytics to enhance hazard detection, safety performance and risk management.
• Present safety programmes and performance updates to management, with recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and monitoring activities, and recommend corrective actions for unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and related legislation and standards across SP and contractor worksites.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure personnel follow safe work practices.
• Monitor safety performance and recommend practical improvements.
• Serve as secretary for safety committees.
