Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Professional to support WSH and environmental activities on civil/infrastructure projects in Singapore.

The role involves coaching workers and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and PTW checks, and coordinating safety briefings and drills. You will assist with incident investigations, liaise with project teams and authorities, and help monitor safety performance with accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Safety Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with WSH requirements and site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support WSH and environmental activities in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Provide safety guidance and coaching to workers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and PTW checks.
• Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox meetings, training and emergency drills.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and authorities on WSH matters.
• Monitor HSE performance and maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Identify safety gaps and recommend improvements.
