Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a hands-on insurance professional to take ownership of the group's global insurance programme and to support key compliance programmes across multi-country operations.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of corporate insurance, renewals, and risk management. You will lead renewal and placement activities with brokers and insurers, oversee risk surveys and claims, and ensure clear updates to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business or Law; ideally ACII or CIP.
• 4+ years in corporate insurance, broking, or risk management on multi-country portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with placements, renewals, reviews and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Own and review the group's worldwide insurance programme and propose enhancements.
• Lead renewal and placement processes with brokers, insurers and reinsurers.
• Lead risk surveys, underwriting submissions and track claims from notification to settlement.
• Provide updates on the insurance programme to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate sanctions screening of third parties and verify beneficial ownership.
• Coordinate annual compliance training and improve processes with tech.
• Keep compliance policies current and fit for purpose.

Job description

Our client, a large international group, is looking for a hands‑on professional to take ownership of its global insurance portfolio while also supporting key compliance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the group's worldwide insurance programme, while reviewing existing policies to confirm the right level of protection is in place, flag any shortfalls and propose enhancements.
• Drive the yearly renewal and placement process in partnership with brokers, insurers and reinsurers.
• Lead risk surveys and underwriting submissions and track claims from notification through to settlement.
• Produce clear updates on the insurance programme for senior stakeholders.
• Manage the screening and vetting of third parties against sanctions lists, looking into flagged matches and verifying beneficial ownership.
• Coordinate the annual compliance training and declaration cycle, using technology and reporting tools to make the process smarter and more efficient.
• Contribute to keeping the group's compliance policies current and fit for purpose.

Qualifications

• Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Law or a related field; ideally with insurance qualifications (e.g. ACII, CIP or equivalent).
• Minimum 4years of experience in corporate insurance, insurance broking, or risk and insurance management, ideally on a multi-country portfolio.
• Hands‑on experience with insurance placements, renewals, coverage reviews and claims management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
