Job summary

GlobalDairyTrade Holdings Limited is establishing a robust Singapore-based group finance function. The Group Finance Manager will own the group accounting engine, lead the general ledger and month-end close across Singapore, NZ, and Germany, and partner with the Head of Finance to build a scalable finance function with strong controls and clear insights for leadership.

The role requires strong technical accounting and hands-on GL experience, with a builder’s mindset to turn data into actionable

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or professional qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent).
• 3–5 years in a relevant accounting role.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of IFRS or equivalent standards (e.g., SFRS(I)).
• Eligible to work in Singapore, with flexibility to travel to NZ and Germany as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own group accounting, general ledger, consolidation, and group reporting across three entities.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, journals, and BU reporting with timely communication to budget owners.
• Oversee capitalisation, capex, fixed assets, and depreciation in line with policy.
• Manage AP/AR cycles, supplier setup, payments, invoicing, and cash application across currencies.
• Oversee expense management, corporate card policy, and staff experience.
