Job summary

GREENGARDEN INTEGRATED SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to own the day-to-day finance function in Singapore. You will manage the full accounts set, ensure timely reporting, and maintain compliance with GST, tax and statutory requirements.

Working closely with Directors, auditors and tax advisors, you will strengthen controls, document processes and develop a capable finance team to support growth and project funding readiness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CA Singapore is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years handling a full set of accounts.
• Hands-on experience with ABSS (MYOB) is required.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore GST, corporate tax, CPF and payroll statutory requirements.
• Experience preparing management accounts and supporting external audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts and drive month-end/ year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and project profitability reports.
• Oversee AR/AP, payroll, bank reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain internal controls and finance SOPs; document processes.
• Support procurement, vendor coordination and finance-related reporting.
