Job summary

Digital Edge DC in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance leader to drive accounting quality across the Group. The role provides financial accounting leadership to country teams, reviews before Group consolidation, and ensures consistent application of Group policies.

The successful candidate will oversee the holding company accounting, AR governance, and AP. Based in Singapore, you will support Asia Pacific entities with a focus on IFRS compliance and close efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires strong IFRS knowledge and practical application.
• Experience in financial close, balance sheet management and review.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and trial balances to identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead country financial results reviews before Group consolidation.
• Ensure consistent application of Group accounting policies across entities.
• Identify differences in accounting practices and align treatment Group-wide.
• Provide day-to-day accounting guidance to country finance teams.
• Escalate and document technical accounting positions with the Consolidation & Group Reporting team.
• Oversee Group AR governance and aging, collections, and provisioning.
• Drive month-end close standards and reconciliations across the Group.
• Review significant accruals, provisions, assets, CIP, leases, and other balance sheet areas.
• Lead holding company close and oversee holding company AP team.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and close efficiency.
