Job summary

Kerry Consulting's client in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the General Ledger function in a multi-entity environment. You will manage a team of 4-5 Accountants and oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations and group reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will provide technical accounting guidance, coordinate statutory audits with external auditors and tax agents, and drive internal controls, standardisation of processes and finance transformation

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge including impairment reviews and financial reporting.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment; exposure to NetSuite and finance process improvements.
• Hands-on, proactive, adaptable with strong people management and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee General Ledger function and lead a team of 4-5 Accountants across multiple entities.
• Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations and group reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide technical accounting guidance; coordinate statutory audits with external auditors and tax agents.
• Drive internal controls, standardise accounting processes and lead finance transformation initiatives, including system implementations and automation.
