Job summary

ICHX Tech PTE. LTD. seeks a VP, Group Enterprise Risk to lead the enterprise risk function across the group. The role owns the risk framework, appetite, and reporting to the Board and Senior Management.

You will oversee the outsourcing framework, RCSA, BCM, and regulatory interactions, working closely with Legal & Compliance and Technology to ensure effective risk management across MAS-regulated and non-regulated entities.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in risk within financial services.
• Experience applying the MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing and intragroup arrangements.
• Familiarity with the MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines.
• Proven track record presenting to senior stakeholders and managing MAS inspections.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Creativity and an appetite for continuous improvement.
• Experience building or scaling a risk function in a growth-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Own the group enterprise risk management framework and risk appetite.
• Provide independent opinions and challenge on new products, deals and outsourcing arrangements.
• Be accountable to the Board and Senior Management for risk management effectiveness across the group.
• Lead and manage the Enterprise Risk team and oversee policy suites.
• Oversee the outsourcing framework end-to-end and related KRIs and controls.
• Report to Senior Management on top risks, incidents, and open issues; escalate breaches.
• Coordinate with Technology on disaster recovery, cyber risk, and related controls.
