Future Fields Pte Ltd's Group Marketing team seeks a Group Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to lead and execute integrated digital strategies across multiple business units. You will guide strategy, oversee initiatives, and optimize campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive ROI.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to shape data-driven campaigns, manage assets, and analyze performance with analytics in a fast-paced FMCG/F&B context.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.
• Experience managing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional projects is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with analytical mindset, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and ability to guide team efforts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead group-wide digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social, paid, email, web).
• Monitor performance, provide data-driven insights, and improve ROI.
• Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent digital messaging and visuals.
• Oversee creation of digital content, videos, landing pages, and webinars.
• Manage marketing assets, reports, dashboards, and templates for efficiency.
