Job summary

CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Support role to oversee daily ground freight activities and schedule deliveries. You will monitor deliveries, coordinate drivers, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining professional communication with customers and vendors.

The role requires the ability to work outside regular hours and to cover shifts when needed, along with proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of Singapore port/shipyard requirements.

Qualifications

• GCE O Levels or above and minimum 3 years in logistics/ground freight/transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of ports/shipyards requirements in Singapore.
• Fluent in communication and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of goods, maintain schedules and track deliveries to meet KPIs.
• Be contactable outside shift hours and cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain high level of customer service and communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
• Escalate when service levels are not met with customers and vendors.
• Assist drivers with moving cages and pallets to loading areas and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain regular contact with peers and provide handovers during shift changes.
• Ensure operations run smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
