Job summary

CEVA Logistics Singapore is seeking an Logistics Operations Administrator to support day-to-day ground operations, monitor deliveries, and coordinate routes, drivers, and customer interactions.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, familiarity with freight forwarding, and strong MS Office skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring on-time deliveries and high service levels for customers across Singapore.

Qualifications

• GCE O Levels or above is required with at least 3 years in Logistics/Ground Freight and transportation.
• Experience in freight forwarding (ground/rail) is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and reporting.
• Knowledge of Singapore ports/shipyards is beneficial.
• Fluent communication required with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee time delivery of goods and maintain delivery schedules.
• Monitor deliveries to customers and KPI adherence.
• Be contactable outside shifts and cover off days when needed.
• Ensure high level customer service with vendors and customers.
• Escalate service level breaches and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist drivers with cages and pallets and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain handovers and communication during shift changes.
• Run Transport Management System checks and prepare reports.
