Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license or able to obtain one

• Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop, empower, motivate and manage team performance.
• Oversee daily operations: shipments, sorting, and dispatch to ensure timeliness.
• Ensure audits and reviews of processes to maintain standards and compliance.
• Provide reports and KPI analyses to senior management.
• Plan and schedule resources including rostering to meet priorities.
• Oversee project initiatives to deliver results on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and a customer-centric culture.
• Manage department budget and related vendor/procurement involvement
