Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead, recruit, develop, empower, motivate and manage team performance as People Manager.
Oversee daily operations performance: shipments pickup, sorting, and dispatch.
Provide accurate reporting and KPI monitoring to senior management.
Plan and schedule resources, including rostering, to meet department priorities.
Drive continuous improvement and cost control within budget parameters.
