Job summary

Goltens Worldwide seeks a driven sales and business development professional to accelerate its Green Technology portfolio across marine, offshore and land-based sectors. You will assess market conditions, craft decarbonization solutions, and develop strong technical-commercial credibility in proposals.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years in Marine or Offshore/Oil & Gas sectors.
• Automation/instrumentation/electronics background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives for Green Technology in marine/offshore sectors.
• Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities and develop decarbonization solutions.
• Develop understanding of retrofit processes incl. BWTS, scrubbers, turnkey projects.
• Promote end-to-end solutions: engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning.
• Expand department footprint with local and international growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and profit margins; forecast, negotiate, and close deals.
