BUILDBRIDGE PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Green Mark Manager in Singapore to support and lead sustainability and Green Mark initiatives for large-scale building construction projects under an A1 Main Contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Green Mark registration/certification with BCA is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Green Mark coordination/management experience on building projects.
• Strong M&E background within construction/building projects.
• Knowledge of BCA Green Mark schemes and authority submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Green Mark certification submissions and compliance matters for building projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on Green Mark requirements and sustainability targets.
• Ensure project compliance with BCA Green Mark criteria, environmental regulations, and authority requirements.
• Review and monitor design, materials, equipment, and construction methods to achieve Green Mark certification goals.
• Work closely with M&E teams to ensure proper implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable systems.
• Prepare and maintain Green Mark documentation, reports, calculations, and submission records.
• Attend technical meetings, site inspections, and authority audits related to Green Mark compliance.
• Monitor project progress and identify gaps or non-compliance issues with corrective actions.
• Support project teams on ESG, sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental initiatives where required.

• Must be Green Mark registered/certified with BCA.
