Job summary

STIE PTE. LTD. seeks a Greenmark Manager in Singapore to lead green initiatives and manage sustainability programs across building operations. You will drive campaigns, coordinate with consultants and agencies, and ensure compliance with Green Mark and LEEDS standards.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical/Electrical/FM engineering with 5+ years of related experience, strong communication, and proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders including tenants and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in related roles with focus on sustainability and facilities management.
• Knowledge of Green Mark and LEEDS certification requirements.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies, consultants, tenants and occupants.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead awareness campaigns for green initiatives and environmental programs.
• Develop and manage Reduce/Reuse/Recycle strategies with tenant participation.
• Ensure efficient operation of plants, equipment, and systems for safe, efficient performance.
• Formulate sustainability management plans aligned with Green Mark and LEEDS requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure Green Mark verification and re-certification.
• Interface with government agencies, owners, tenants and visitors on sustainability matters.
• Organize Green Committee meetings to share data and drive initiatives.
• Analyze utilities (electricity, water, chilled water) and optimize efficiency.

Job Description for Greenmark Manager

Requirements:

• Lead drive awareness campaigns for green initiatives, environmental and water management programmes;
• Develop and manage Reduce, Reuse and Recycle strategies and program with tenant’s participation that are aligned with the corporate policy targets;
• Maintain the efficient operations of all plants, equipment and systems within the building to ensure the operations are in safe and efficient manner;
• Formulate and implement sustainability management plan in line with BCA’s Green Mark and LEEDS certification requirements;
• Work closely with consultants to ensure compliance for Green Mark verifications and re-certification;
• Lead the interface with government agencies, Owner, Tenants Building Occupants and visitors on sustainability matters;
• Organize regular meetings for Green Committee to share data and best practises, implement new initiatives and organise green activities;
• Analysis of utilities consumption (Electricity, Water & Chilled Water) and take appropriate actions to minimise wastage and maximise efficiency;
• Able to join within short notice

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / FM engineering or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of operations, maintenance and related local ordinances for Green Building Operation.
• Good interpersonal skills with team player qualities to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven organization, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Professional certification in sustainability, ACMV and/or energy management.
• Green Mark Facilities Manager GM(FM) AP/ SCEM trained preferably
• Experience in Green Mark & LEEDS certification
• Green Mark accredited professional registered with Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC)
