Job summary

GWS Living Art PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities and grow the project portfolio across green roofs, living walls, landscaping and irrigation solutions in Singapore.

You will build relationships with clients, developers, main contractors, consultants and architects, promoting our solutions and securing new projects. You will work with management and internal teams to drive growth in construction, property development and urban greening.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or related field.
Experience in business development, sales, client relationship management or project-based sales.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proactive in identifying new opportunities and developing client relationships.
Good commercial awareness and ability to understand and project requirements and client needs.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Identify scope gaps, exclusions and commercial risks in opportunities.
Prepare tender clarifications and propose cost-effective alternatives.
Identify and pursue opportunities through tender portals, networking and market research.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Coordinate tender submissions with relevant internal teams and ensure timely proposals.
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to project award and negotiate terms.
