Job summary

GWS Living Art PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to identify opportunities and grow our projects in green roofs, living walls, landscaping and irrigation solutions. You will build relationships with clients, developers and architects, promoting our sustainable offerings and driving new business.

You will coordinate tenders, proposals and presentations, leverage market research, and pursue new opportunities through networks and events.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in business development, sales, client relationship management or project-based sales.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proactive in identifying new opportunities and developing client relationships.
Good commercial awareness and ability to understand and project requirements and client needs.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and grow our project portfolio across green roofs, green walls, landscaping and irrigation solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, main contractors, consultants, architects and other stakeholders.
Coordinate tender submissions, proposals and presentations with internal teams to secure projects.
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through negotiation to project award.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations and sales opportunities.
