Job summary

BNL Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive (Landscape) in Singapore to identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and government sectors, while building strong relationships with developers, contractors, and agencies. You will prepare proposals and tenders, coordinate with landscape design and operations teams, and help plan projects.

Strong networking and negotiation skills are essential to drive growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, business or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in landscaping or related industry.
• Strong network within construction, property or government sectors in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s landscaping regulations and NParks guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and government sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, property managers, government agencies (e.g., NParks, BCA), and other stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders for landscaping projects.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Work closely with the landscape design and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of landscaping projects when needed.
• Source and prepare bids for tenders (especially public sector tenders via GeBIZ).
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
