Job summary

JMP, a SAS company, seeks an Inside Sales professional to grow the Greater China market by selling JMP analytics software to SMBs in a B2B environment. The role can be based in Singapore or Malaysia, with opportunities to collaborate with regional teams.

You will follow up leads, manage accounts, build strategic plans, and work with Account Executives to close deals. Fluency in English and Mandarin, plus a passion for data and analytics, are essential in our fast-moving global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of proven success in selling software, hardware, or IT solutions to manufacturing industries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin/Chinese
• Data and analytics passion and ownership in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell JMP product portfolio through lead follow-up, social selling, prospecting, cold calling, up-selling, and cross-selling
• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic territory and account plans
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of quotations and forecast sales cycles
• Identify high-potential accounts and accurately forecast sales opportunities
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
• Deliver prompt responses to inquiries to ensure positive customer experience
• Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover new opportunities and support retention
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities
