Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in selling software, hardware, or IT solutions to manufacturing industries.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese.
• Willing to learn and to grow to next level of career.
• Genuine passion for data, analytics, and solving customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell JMP product portfolio via lead follow-up, social selling, prospecting, cold calling.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and forecast sales cycles.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through prompt responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
