Job summary

Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to lead successful SaaS implementation delivery, client onboarding and consulting engagements for our Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. You will drive adoption, maintain delivery quality, and execute implementations in line with our Services Strategy across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations‑focused roles.
• Hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach to technology platforms and complex business processes.
• Experience in leveraging AI to improve project delivery, workflows and operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for clients, from kick‑off to go‑live, on time and within scope.
• Proactively manage portfolio operations, including time and scope capture, project financials, and resource utilization.
• Mobilise the right team resources to ensure on‑time delivery, minimise delays, and manage budgets.
• Translate client goals into clear solution designs and implementation plans for governance, risk and compliance outcomes.
• Own RAID management across projects, maintain logs, drive mitigation plans and escalate when needed.
• Facilitate client workshops and training to drive adoption and user confidence.
• Manage project communications and stakeholder expectations; provide clear status updates.
