Job summary

Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to drive successful SaaS implementations, onboarding, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable client value. The role focuses on delivery excellence, governance, risk and compliance outcomes, and a strong client partnership approach.

This position is open to Australia, Singapore and New Zealand with a hybrid model and office onsite at least 50% in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available where stated.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles.
• Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with technology platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple end-to-end implementation of Diligent solutions from kick-off to go-live.
• Proactively manage portfolio operations, time and scope, and project financials.
• Mobilize the right team resources to meet delivery targets and budgets.
• Translate client goals into clear designs and implementation plans.
• Own RAID management and mitigation plans, escalating early to keep delivery on track.
• Assist commercial teams during pre- and post-sales to grow clientele.
• Facilitate client workshops and training to enable adoption.
• Own project communication and stakeholder management with clear status updates.
• Monitor project health and respond to delivery drift with corrective actions.
• Provide coaching to Senior Specialists on project management and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand Diligent’s product footprint.
• Capture lessons learned to improve playbooks and templates.
