Job summary

Diligent is seeking Advisory Specialists to join our Professional Services team. You will execute and deliver solutions for managed services requests, leveraging domain and product expertise to guide customers through implementation.

Based in Singapore with hybrid work (50% in-office), the role requires 12+ months in consulting or SaaS enablement, strong English communication, and a passion for GRC. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in consulting, professional services, SaaS implementation, or related client-facing role
• Customer First mindset with urgency, excellence and accountability
• Willingness to learn GRC disciplines (governance, risk, audit, compliance, information security)
• Ability to learn Diligent products and apply knowledge to client requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver Professional Services across customer journey and product enablement lifecycle
• Assist PS management, CS, and other stakeholders in customer lifecycle stages
• Provide guidance on solution rollout and project execution based on product/domain knowledge
• Develop Domain and Product expertise for best practices in rollout and delivery
• Lead implementation end-to-end and engage with customers
• Understand client program goals and data collection/processing
• Configure and implement Diligent product to enable customers
• Guide on best practices to achieve best results
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of contracted services
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to route new service requests
