Job summary

Diligent is seeking Advisory Specialists I (Risk & Audit) to join our growing Professional Services team. This role can be based in Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand, with a hybrid work policy requiring at least 50% office presence where we have locations.

Qualifications

• Approximately 12+ months of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
• Customer-first mindset with urgency, excellence, and accountability to customer outcomes.
• Good understanding of GRC disciplines such as governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, or information security.
• Ability to learn Diligent products and apply product/domain knowledge to customer requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Passionate about GRC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Professional Services across the customer journey and product enablement lifecycle.
• Assist PS management, CS and other stakeholders in stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage domain, industry and product expertise to guide customers on best practices for rollout and project execution.
• Develop domain and product expertise to guide customers on best practices through learning.
• Lead the implementation process end-to-end including customer engagement.
• Work with clients to understand program goals and data collection/processing.
• Configure and implement our product to enable customers to use it.
• Provide guidance on best practices and usage of our products for best results.
• Ensure a good customer experience during implementation.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of contracted services.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to route new service requests appropriately.
