Job summary

GovTech in Singapore invites you to join a policy and funding team that shapes the nation’s arts ecosystem. You will help develop and implement funding policies, review existing grant schemes, and ensure governance and compliance across programmes.

You will maintain documentation, update funding databases, analyse data to inform policy improvements, and coordinate cross-department grant assessments while advising internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in project management, data analytics or managing systems/databases.
• Entry-level applicants are welcome if they demonstrate key competencies in the job description.
• Experience in dealing with stakeholders and public queries; administrative capabilities (e.g., data entry, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing funding policies and grant schemes; develop new funding schemes where required.
• Maintain documentation of funding policies and processes and support process improvements.
• Update and maintain funding databases; generate data analyses to inform policy improvements.
• Coordinate cross-department grant assessments; provide timely advice and support to internal and external stakeholders, and evaluate grant applications.
