Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in project management or administrative roles.
• 2+ years experience in data handling, analytics or managing systems/databases.
• Entry-level applicants welcome if they demonstrate key competencies.
• Experience dealing with stakeholders and public queries.
• Administrative capabilities (Data entry, Excel, etc).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop funding policies and grant schemes.
• Maintain documentation of funding policies and processes.
• Support process improvements across funding operations.
• Update funding databases and generate data analyses for policy improvements.
• Coordinate cross-departmental grant assessment processes.
• Provide timely advice and support to internal and external stakeholders; evaluate grant applications.
