Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, Public Health or relevant field.
• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in grants and programme management/administration in healthcare, and/or public sector funding.

Responsibilities

• To participate and contribute to the design of the grant scheme format, theme, and timeline within the scope and objective of the grant scheme for grant approval.
• To ensure the scheme does not duplicate or overlap with other existing grant schemes within the organisation and national schemes.
• To support in ensuring an appropriate funding model, balancing financial risks and administrative ease, aligned with what the scheme can support.
• To maintain key documentation and records (SOPs, grant applications, evaluations, recommendations, approvals, amendment requests and reports) for the minimum retention period and in PDPA compliance.
• To invite and brief relevant stakeholders about the grant scheme and to arrange regular update meetings with senior management and funders.
• To implement and ensure fair and transparent evaluation, approval, and award processes for applicants against established criteria.
