NTU's CyberSG R&D Programme Office (CRPO) invites applications for an Assistant Manager (Grants Management) to oversee the full lifecycle of national grant programmes, ensuring governance, strategic alignment and impactful outcomes.

You will assist the Team Lead in designing grant strategies, enforce policies, oversee evaluation, manage budgets and engage stakeholders across universities, industry and government to advance cybersecurity initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in business, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of grant management experience.
• Understanding of research ecosystems, preferably cybersecurity.
• Experience designing and managing funding programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across academia, industry, government.
• Experience coordinating internal reviews and approvals.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Team Lead in grant strategy and programme design.
• Governance, policy development, and controls for grant administration.
• Oversee evaluation processes and funding decisions with expert panels.
• Engage stakeholders across universities, industry, and government.
