Job summary

Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) is seeking a Grants Governance and Risk Management professional to develop sector-level risk frameworks and tackle non-compliance, abuse and fraud in grants design and administration.

You will build capabilities, share best practices, and provide advisory services to MCCY divisions and related agencies on governance and process controls. You may also undertake ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' working experience in grants governance and administration.
• Experience in risk management and data analytics is preferred.
• Strong writing, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sector-level risk management frameworks for grants.
• Strengthen fraud detection and prevention using data analytics and AI.
• Build capabilities in grants governance for MCCY officers.
• Advise MCCY divisions on grants design and process controls.
• In addition, you may be assigned other ad-hoc duties from time to time.
