Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) is seeking a Grants Governance and Risk Management professional to develop sector-level risk frameworks and tackle non-compliance, abuse and fraud in grants design and administration.
You will build capabilities, share best practices, and provide advisory services to MCCY divisions and related agencies on governance and process controls. You may also undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
Community grants are a vital enabler of active citizenry. They support a wide range of ground-up projects and initiatives — from the arts and culture to sports and volunteerism — that bring people together across different backgrounds, strengthen community spirit, and contribute to nation-building. As part of this team, you will play a key role in ensuring that these grants are well-governed, impactful, and resilient against abuse and misuse.
Develop sector-wide frameworks, plans and processes to strengthen risk management, and tackle non-compliance, abuse and fraud in grants design and administration.
In addition, you may be assigned other ad-hoc duties from time to time.
