Job summary

InfocommMedia Development Authority (IMDA) is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to own the end-to-end grant lifecycle, ensuring efficient processing and strong stakeholder engagement. You will evaluate applications, drive process improvements, and uphold regulatory compliance across Singapore’s industry digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in grants administration, programme management, audit, or related fields
• Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Data Science, or relevant discipline
• Demonstrated understanding of government processes and regulatory compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end grant lifecycle from submission to disbursement and post-award monitoring
• Build and maintain relationships with industry applicants, government agencies, and business partners
• Drive continuous improvement of grant management systems and processes
• Monitor compliance with government policies, funding guidelines, and regulatory requirements
