Job summary

IMDA seeks a Senior Manager in the Digital Readiness Group to lead strategy, design and scaling of digital engagement programmes for seniors, low-income households and other target groups in Singapore. You will build and manage partnerships with GROs, GRLs, and other stakeholders to extend reach, deepen participation and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will oversee programme development, governance and performance measurement, translating national inclusion objectives into sustainable service

Qualifications

10-15 years of relevant experience in programme development, programme management or community engagement.
Proven ability to design, deliver and scale community-based or public-facing programmes.
Experience building multi-stakeholder partnerships with community organisations, GROs/GRLs and public/private partners.
Strong strategic thinking to translate policy priorities into actionable programmes.
Excellent project management, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, design, delivery and scaling of digital engagement programmes for diverse communities.
Develop and manage partnerships with GROs, GRLs, 3Ps and other stakeholders to extend programme reach.
Oversee programme planning, mobilisation and delivery in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Establish governance, processes and feedback mechanisms to ensure accountability and impact.
Provide leadership, mentorship and performance development for the team.
