KPMG SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Corporate Finance professional to contribute to sell-side, buy-side and capital-raising deals with a Southeast Asian focus. You will develop complex financial models and provide advisory opinions within regulatory standards.

You will also support business development, build client relationships and collaborate with senior colleagues on engagements. A strong finance foundation with CFA/FRM considered a plus is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts.
• Ability to build three-statement financial models in Excel.
• Excellent academic background with finance/accounting qualification (CFA/FRM a plus).
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes and deal execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Work on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising deals with a Southeast Asian angle.
• Provide Independent Financial Advisory Opinions in line with regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Produce and analyse financial models and assess underlying assumptions.
• Support business development through proposals, market research and client profiles.
• Build and maintain client relationships before, during and after engagements.
• Collaborate with Partners and Managers on client management and business development.
