Job summary

EY Corporate Finance in Singapore is seeking an M&A professional for our Mid-Markets team. You will drive deal generation, execution and project management across Southeast Asia, independently preparing financial models, analyses and client-ready documents.

You will advise C-suite executives, build a strong origination network and mentor junior staff, contributing to high-impact transactions and strategic advisory for diverse regional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or banking.
• Minimum 8 years’ corporate finance experience in relevant settings.
• Strong financial modelling skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Experience on buy-side and sell-side and in fund-raising.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the corporate finance team covering Southeast Asia.
• Lead M&A deal generation, execution and project management under senior guidance.
• Independently prepare financial models, analyses, proposals and marketing documents.
• Produce high-quality documents while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Develop business network to enhance origination capabilities.
• Provide leadership to junior team members on information memoranda and models.
