Job summary

You will participate in mergers and acquisitions advisory, support deal origination, and contribute to financial modelling and presentation materials.

You will work in a multi-cultural team, deliver client-ready analyses, and collaborate with directors and partners on engagements from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses
• Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills
• Demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environment
• Enjoy working as a part of a multi-cultural team

Responsibilities

• Providing corporate finance / mergers and acquisitions advisory services
• Work on project teams to prepare presentation materials / pitches, as well as execute engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors
