Requirements include ACCA/ISCA/CFA or equivalent, 6–10 years in financial due diligence and M&A within global firms, exposure to Banking sector engagements, and SE Asia experience.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ISCA/CFA or equivalent required.
• 6–10 years of relevant transaction advisory experience within global accounting firms, with expertise in financial due diligence and M&A engagements.
• Exposure to Financial Services clients; 2–4 years supporting Banking sector engagements; SE Asia transaction experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engagement leadership: lead multiple large, complex workstreams in ambiguous environments.
• Risk management: ensure risk frameworks are implemented effectively.
• Team development: coaching and accelerating leadership development in team members.
• Personal development: participate in career and skills development of junior staff.
• Performance management: coaching and mentoring junior staff.
