Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus team is hiring graduates and early‑career professionals to help enterprises and AI‑native developers build the next generation of their businesses. You will develop go‑to‑market and sales strategies for GenAI and cloud solutions, and drive new business while strengthening executive relationships.

You will partner with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver customer‑centric solutions and maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completed or recent graduates in business management or related field with exposure to sales or business development for AI/cloud products.
• Internship or academic projects in Sales or BD for AI, LLM, or cloud products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market and sales strategies for GenAI and cloud solutions.
• Drive new business acquisition while expanding strategic relationships with enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders across target industries.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline health, and lead business reviews.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver customer-centric solutions.
