Job summary

TikTok is looking for graduates to join its Global Business Solutions team to help brands grow on the platform. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving revenue, and guiding advertising strategy through education and support.

Successful candidates will work with internal teams globally and contribute to campaign planning, product consulting, and data-driven storytelling to deliver measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across functions and geographies.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin required for partner communication in SEA and China.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage client relationships with brands or agencies.
• Drive deals to closure and retain revenue from advertisers.
• Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales.
• Brainstorm and implement advertising solutions on TikTok products.
• Plan and manage campaigns end-to-end with data-driven storytelling.
